Responsible for the rebranding of The National Center for Human Performance with logo creation, photography, social media assistance and print collateral. Head photographer for the TMC News.

Maintaining day-to-day operations in a small in house ad agency. Job responsibilities consist of arranging photography shoots of properties and constant supervision of up to 50 developments inside of the Loop. Responsible for the design and layout of brochures, direct mail pieces, billboards, logos, newspaper ads, magazine ads, banners and websites. Responsible for leading a team that consists of print designer(s), rendering artist(s) and web designer(s), and supervising all photo retouching, uploading images and any other design. Responsible for working directly with the clients and real estate developers maintaining a constant communication to market properties in the inner loop. Responsible for all media buys and maintaining relationships with all vendors (such as printers, magazines and Clear Channel billboards) and all contract workers. Also responsible for all of the department's internal billings, including invoicing and purchase orders. Main programs used on Mac and PC platform: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Quark and Microsoft Office/Word/Excel. All websites created in HTML.
